A new and exciting way for Calgary students to grow their music literacy and confidence—together.

 

Theory Club is a dynamic group class program designed to strengthen students’ understanding of music fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. Whether preparing for an RCM exam or simply aiming to become a more fluent and expressive musician, students in Theory Club will deepen their knowledge of how music works—and why that matters.

Theory Club: Musician track

In a small group setting, students explore music theory through interactive lessons, creative activities, and real-world musical application—all without the pressure of exams. Guided by the Ultimate Music Theory Series, Theory Club builds confident, well-rounded musicianship in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

RCM Success Program

For students preparing for RCM Levels 5–8, this focused track covers all required theory components through engaging group classes. With personalized support, mock exams, and guided materials, students gain the tools for exam success—while enjoying the motivation and structure of a collaborative learning environment.

Ideal for students who prefer individualized support, the Private Track offers one-on-one theory coaching tailored to each student’s level and learning needs. With a consistent weekly schedule and focused instruction, this option is perfect for those seeking a dedicated, personalized approach to mastering theory.

THeory Club - Musician Track

For all levels, non–exam focused, using the Ultimate Music Theory Curriculum
 

Cost: $550 per term

  • Ideal for students building core music skills without exam pressure

  • All materials included

  • Max 6 students per class

For students seeking one-on-one instruction, the Private Track offers a fully individualized learning experience tailored to your goals. Whether you're preparing for an RCM exam, catching up on missed concepts, or simply learning more deeply, this track is ideal for students who thrive with personalized attention.

 

Basic package includes:

  • 10 private lessons, 60 minutes each

  • Custom curriculum designed around the student’s level, strengths, and goals

  • All required materials included (Ultimate Music Theory + RCM resources as needed)

  • A consistent weekly time slot for focused learning

  • Supportive, distraction-free instruction from an experienced theory coach
